This is the STUPIDEST THING I’VE SEEN ALL DAY. What the fuck?
You don’t get to decide your gender, just as you don’t get to decide the color of your skin. It’s your hormonal dosage during pregnancy or some such shit. What gender you ARE is defined by your genitals, and your ability to carry or not carry a child as well as other physical and mental things. Why doesn’t people understand this? Is it because it’s scary that there are some things in life that you can’t control? That there are pieces of your life that you just have to adapt to? Guess what? That’s a core part of life. Deal with it.
Fucking…dumb….stupid…dumb thing.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for gender equality, and people’s rights, but being incorrect has nothing to do with that.

I had to make this. Couldn’t resist.

Now this, THIS is good design. I feel like design is something that’s sorely overlooked in a lot of mediums; Movies, Games, comics, animation are all subject to this.
When they design characters they tend to either clutter up their costumes with useless shit, or everything they add ends up saying NOTHING about the character they’re designing. When a character is more focused on details than character, then you know there’s something wrong. Ryu here from BoFIV is perhaps the poorest example that the game has to offer, for a better one you might look at Scias, or cray, or nina etc. But the fact remains that these designs tell us a lot about the characters that you wouldn’t get from the story just telling you; you figure it out on your own, subconsciously.
Fuck I need to find more examples of this.
